Once the kick panel is removed, you must remove the fuse box. My 1999 f150 owners manual says: Mine wouldn't go on because of the tap being right under that latch that hooks up on top of the fuse block.

Anyone have the under hood fuse panel diagram that shows what fuse is for what.

The horn fuse for this 2002 ford f150 is located in the engine compartment fuse/relay box , heres a diagram of that box , i circled the fuse for the horn.
